  this place is joke! I showed up @11:00, CHRW sold the load for two stops Joliet,IL and Lake Zurich,IL, with OPEN appt time. When I've showed up, this mf told me that my appt was at 9:00, and I'm two hrs late, so they will work in on my load , right now I'm the only one truck on the yard!!! and it's 22:00 I'm still in dock, NOT loaded yet!!! total time already 9 hours!!! 9!!!!!
